Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below. These definitions apply throughout the document unless context requires otherwise.

• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" Any country, territory, or region where accessing or using online gambling services is explicitly restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To register a pkwin365 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

1. You are at least 18 years of age.
2. You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

pkwin365 reserves the right to require identity verification at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of a valid national identity card, passport, or Pakistan driving licence; proof of address; and verification of the payment method used. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkwin365 login credentials, including your username and password. pkwin365 staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances. You must notify pkwin365 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

7. Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your wallet and used in a game. Contact support immediately if an incorrect deposit amount is sent.
8. pkwin365 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit that appears to be linked to fraud, money laundering, or prohibited activity.

Withdrawals

All withdrawal requests at pkwin365 are processed in PKR to the payment method associated with your verified account. pkwin365 targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted by verified members during standard operational hours.

1. The minimum withdrawal amount is 1,000 PKR.
2. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method as the original deposit wherever operationally possible, as a standard anti-fraud measure.
3. Full identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This includes submission of a valid government-issued ID and, where required, proof of the payment method.
4. Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately in your pkwin365 wallet. Only real-money funds (net of any pending wagering requirements) are available for withdrawal.
5. pkwin365 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of enhanced due diligence, particularly for large withdrawal requests or where unusual account activity has been noted.
6. Withdrawals processed via USDT TRC20 are subject to network gas fees, which are deducted from the withdrawal amount.
7. Any withdrawal request found to be linked to fraudulent deposits, chargebacks, or bonus abuse will be voided and the relevant account funds frozen pending investigation.

1. Bonus funds are credited to your pkwin365 wallet separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
2. The wagering requirement applicable to any bonus is stated on the individual promotion page and is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x means the bonus amount must be wagered ten times before withdrawal).
3. Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Live casino games, jackpot slots, and sports betting markets may carry different contribution percentages, as detailed on the promotion page.
4. Each member is entitled to claim each bonus offer once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes a breach of these Terms.
5. pkwin365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice, including in cases of suspected abuse.
6. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period stated on the promotion will expire automatically.
7. In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus outcome, the decision of pkwin365 is final.
8. Welcome bonuses are available to new members making their first qualifying deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit is 500 PKR unless stated otherwise on the promotion page.

Gaming Rules & Bet Settlement

pkwin365 offers a range of gaming products including live dealer casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), jackpot slots, sports betting markets, cockfighting, and lottery-style games. Each game or product category is subject to its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface or on the relevant product page.

1. All bets are final once confirmed. It is the member's responsibility to ensure the correct selections, stake amounts, and bet types are submitted before confirming a wager.
2. pkwin365 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error, data feed malfunction, or obvious pricing error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the member's wallet.
3. In sports betting markets, results are settled based on official result sources. pkwin365 is not responsible for errors in external data feeds that are subsequently corrected by the official governing body.
4. Cockfighting bets are settled based on the official outcome of each match as determined by pkwin365's content provider. No claims will be entertained after settlement has been finalised.
5. Jackpot slot outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). pkwin365 does not control individual slot outcomes, and no pattern, strategy, or previous result affects future outcomes.
6. Bets placed on live dealer games are governed by the rules of the specific game as presented by the dealer. Technical disconnection during a live game round does not invalidate a confirmed bet.
7. The maximum payout on any single bet or gaming session may be limited. Applicable payout caps are stated within the relevant game interface.

Prohibited Conduct

1. Registering more than one pkwin365 account, whether in the same name or under a different identity.
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at registration or during any verification process.
3. Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform without explicit written authorisation from pkwin365.

8. Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or other circumvention tool.
9. Abusing the bonus system by registering multiple accounts, using shared payment methods across accounts, or exploiting promotions in ways not intended by pkwin365.
10. Any behaviour that harasses, threatens, or abuses pkwin365 support staff or other players.

Responsible Gaming

pkwin365 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become a problem, and we take our duty of care to our members seriously. The following tools and resources are available to all pkwin365 members at any time.

1. Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a seven-day cooling-off period.

Suspension & Termination

pkwin365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Failure to complete required identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or association with prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
4. Receipt of a chargeback claim against any deposit made to pkwin365.
5. Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate restricting access to certain accounts or jurisdictions.
6. Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy — see below).

Dormant Account Policy: An account is considered dormant if no login has occurred for 12 consecutive months. pkwin365 will notify the member via their registered contact details before applying any dormancy fee. A dormancy administration fee may be deducted from the account balance on a monthly basis after the initial 12-month period. Accounts with a zero balance may be permanently closed after the dormancy period.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkwin365 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

1. Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings resulting from a technical error, system outage, or service interruption.
2. Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
3. Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, or any other banking or fintech partner.
4. Inaccuracies in sports data, live odds feeds, or game results caused by third-party content providers.
5. Any harm arising from your decision to gamble, including financial losses incurred through normal gameplay.

pkwin365's total aggregate liability to any member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the lesser of the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim or 100,000 PKR. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by pkwin365's gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Privacy & Data

pkwin365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering with pkwin365, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkwin365 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors (such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, and banking partners) is limited to the minimum necessary to complete transactions. pkwin365 may share data with regulatory authorities or law enforcement where legally required to do so.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pkwin365 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
